A place built for the in-between moments

Galentines Specialty opened its doors on Wigington Road with a simple conviction: a coffee shop and a bar don't have to be separate experiences. The same care that goes into a single-origin pour-over goes into a properly shaken Old Fashioned.

We source our beans from roasters who treat the crop like a craft, and our spirits cabinet is stocked with labels that reward curiosity. The space is yours — whether you're here for a quiet hour with a notebook, a lunch break with friends, or a night out that starts softly and lingers.
